The Woodcreek Fate residential community
is located in City of Fate,
Texas. The water and sewer service is provided by the City of Fate.
Woodcreek is also within the
boundaries of the Rockwall County Consolidated Municipal Utility District No. 1.
or No.2 with other districts possible in the future. A Municipal Utility
District (MUD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, similar to
cities and counties, that is governed by a board of directors elected by the
residents. MUD's are used to finance the water, sewer and drainage facilities
that serve the subdivision.
The Woodcreek Fate Homeowner's
Association (HOA) is a Texas non-profit
corporation, established on December 3, 2003. Association membership is automatic
when you purchase of a lot or home within the development. The Association
is responsible for maintaining the common areas owned by the HOA and to
providing architectural control and
compliance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the Declaration.*
