Woodcreek
Clubhouse Reservations
The
community clubhouse is available to members
by reservation only.
A rental fee of
$125 (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) or $75 (Monday – Thursday)
will be charged when the clubhouse is reserved; this includes the first five
hours. Each additional hour is $25 each. A deposit of $500 must be
paid for each rental agreement. This deposit is refundable upon
confirmation that the Amenity Center has been cleaned, returned to it's original
condition, and that no damage has been done.
The Association Manager will give you access to the facility, completing walk-through inspections prior to and after the event.

Arrange to pay your
rental fee and deposit the week before your event.
- Clean the clubhouse after the event.
- Your deposit
of $500 will be returned after the clubhouse is cleaned thoroughly, and no damages have occurred.

Workout
Rules
The recreation facilities, including the workout area, clubhouse, swimming pool and restrooms, are private property owned by the association.
To ensure safe use of the facilities and to reduce maintenance costs, rules have
been established for the workout area.

Access
Cards
An access card and pool bracelet is required to enter the pool and exercise area. If you are a new resident, to obtain your complimentary household amenities access card and pool bracelets, please complete a Pool Pass Agreement and return to manager@woodcreekfatehoa.com.
Pool Pass Agreement
If you have misplaced your access card, a replacement may be purchased for $25. Please mail your check to: Manager, 100 Woodcreek Blvd., Rockwall, TX 75087. Access cards may also be purchased on site at the clubhouse during office hours.
