Amenity Access Cards
Access to the amenity center is for members of the Homeowners Association and their guests only. A valid access card is required for entry. Please read and review the Amenity Rules & Regulations. A completed Access Card Agreement is required to obtain your cards.
Access Card Agreement
The Woodcreek Fate Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for personal injury, theft or damage to personal property resulting from use of the amenities. Only Woodcreek Fate residents (and their guests) in “good standing” with the Homeowners Association are permitted access to the facilities. “Good standing” with the HOA means that the homeowner account dues are current and there are no outstanding violations on the account. All amenities are under video surveillance.
